Aeromexico will have at your disposal when flying on non-stop flights of Aeromexico, limited medical oxygen supply for in-flight use only. The oxygen supply is for an uninterrupted use of no more than 3 ½ hours. Please confirm your travel plans well in advance, so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.

We use oxygen bottles duly certified in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Rules and regulations.

A maximum of 5 medical oxygen bottles with a flow rate of 2 or 4 LPM, will be available on each flight.

A nonrefundable fee of $25 Dollars plus taxes, per oxygen bottle will be charged.

If you already have a travel reservation, please contact the Customer Services Department at (5255) 51.33.40.00 Option 8 or at 01.800.021.40.00 Option 8, and have the following information at hand:

   - Flight number: date of departure and name of the passenger who will need the oxygen supply service.

   - Medical certificate: This document must be completed and signed by the physician who is treating the passenger that will use the oxygen, at least 20 days in advance of the relevant flight. This certificate must be sent by fax at (5255) 91.32.46.23 to the Customer Service Department for approval. Please confirm that the fax has been received at (5255) 5133-4000 or 01800- 021- 4000 option 8, to make sure that your request is being processed.

Medical oxygen supply service must be confirmed by passengers 48 hours in advance to the departure of the relevant flight in case of domestic flights and 72 hours in advance for International flights.

Passenger must show up at Aeromexico's airport counters the date of the relevant flight, at least 2 (two) hours prior to the departure time of the relevant flight, in case of domestic flights and 3 (three) hours prior to the departure time of the relevant flight for international flights. Please contact our authorized representatives for special needs arrangements, since security measures may vary in each airport.

We emphasize that oxygen supply is for in-flight use only, oxygen cannot be used at airport facilities. Aeromexico cannot assist with arrangements for use of oxygen at airport facilities or elsewhere. Oxygen bottles will be transported by Aeromexico only if documented as baggage and completely empty or with no more than 40 PSI pressure.
