With the Mileage in my Club Premier Account, can I request an Award Ticket in another person's name?
Club Premier Benefits may be assigned to anyone designated by the Member at the moment of requesting them. In the case of requesting a Club Premier Award Ticket for an international flight, the name of the beneficiary must match the name on their passport.
What are the requirements for the delivery of Club Premier Award Tickets?
A Club Premier Account Holder must present the following when collecting tickets:
Club Premier Membership Card.
Original and copy of an official photo ID (passport, voting card).
Payment of airport duties in cash.
If I am not the Account Holder, what are the requirements for the delivery of Club Premier Award Tickets?
The person representing the Account Holder must present the following when collecting tickets:
Original Proxy letter.
Original and copy of the Club Premier Membership Card.
Original and copy of an official photo ID (passport, voting card) of the Club Premier Account Holder.
Original and copy of an official photo ID (passport, voting card) of the person collecting the tickets.
Payment of airport duties in cash.
How long do Award Tickets remain valid?
Reward Tickets remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, tickets lose all validity; therefore the Kilometers may not be reimbursed nor reinstated. The validity of Reward Tickets may not be extended for any reason whatsoever.
Can Award Tickets be changed once issued?
Once a Club Premier Award Ticket has been issued and remains valid, you may request date changes by paying the current charges for changes if the Club Premier Award Ticket was redeemed from a Classic Club Premier Member's Account.
Changes to route, beneficiary name, class or cancellation for reinstatement of Kilometers are subject to a charge of $25.00 USD plus taxes or the equivalent in Mexican pesos and may only be confirmed at an Aeromexico Ticket Office while the Ticket remains valid. Payment may only be made at Aeromexico Ticket Offices.
A copy of the payment invoice must be presented in the event of any clarification.
What can I do if I don't have enough Premier Kilometers to obtain an Award Ticket?
If you don't have enough Premier Kilometers to redeem an Award Ticket, you can buy Premier Kilometers in multiples of 1,000 Kilometers, providing you have at least 80% of the Premier Kilometers required for the Award Ticket already accrued in your account.
