If you enrolled in Club Premier from our webpage, your Card will be automatically be sent to your home address when you take your first flight as a Member.
How do I request a replacement Club Premier Card?
To obtain a replacement Club Premier Card, call the Club Premier Telephone Service Center and provide your information (Membership Number, Address for the Card to be sent to and Full Name) or send this information by e-mail to premier@aeromexico.com.mx. Replacement of Club Premier Cards are free of charge.
