Consorcio Aeromexico is a Holding company that operates with a compromise to promote the integrity and transparency of its business practice. According to this standard, Global Best Practices and the requirements of the Mexican Stock Exchange, effective October 20th, 2006 all employees and clients of the Holding Company may use this mail box to report irregularities such as frauds, robberies and acts of corruption.

Al registries will be analyzed confidentially by the Internal Audit Department, which will in turn submit its comments to the Corporate Audit Committee. Aeromexico's External Auditors (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) will audit the process in a monthly manner to ensure confidentiality to all users.
