| To join the Family Club Premier Program, you only have to meet the following requirements. |

Be enrolled in any of the Club Premier Programs:
a) Club Cometa
b) Skape
c) Club Premier Universitario
d) Club Premier ( Classic, Gold or Platinum) | | | | Requirements to be a Dependent
|  | Be enrolled in any of the Club Premier Programs. | | In order to link the children's accounts to the Family Club Premier Account as dependents, at least one of the surnames (Paternal / Maternal) must match one the surnames of one of the parents (Paternal / Maternal). If they do not, the beneficiary or spouse must present a document evidencing them as legal guardians within five working days. |
