| Bonuses are accrued exclusively when the air ticket has been bought at aeromexico.com. Bonuses are not awarded for other services rendered on the website, such as quotations, consultations or reservations of airplane tickets. |
| Premier Miles / Kilometers will be accrued when all the flights included in the reservation have been made. |
| Purchases at aeromexico.com can be made exclusively with American Express, Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Mexico or the US. |
| This promotion does not apply to The Corporate Card, The Gold Corporate Card and The American Express Credit Card (only applicable to Service cards). |
| Premier Miles / Kilometers credited through on-line purchases will be made 48 hours after completing the final flight of the reservation. |
| In the event that the Premier Miles / Kilometers are not credited in that time, Members may ask the accreditation calling the Club Premier Telephone Service Center on 5133 4020 in Mexico City, 01 (800) 021 4020 from any other city in Mexico or by sending an e-mail to premier@aeromexico.com.mx with the following information: route flown, date of flight, flight number, Club Premier Account Number and the name of the passenger that appears on the boarding pass. |
| If changes to the itinerary will be required, you must provide the Aeromexico staff with the reservation code or ticket number, in order to preserve the original details in your Internet purchase and ensure that the Premier Miles / Kilometers for on-line purchase are credited. |
