|  | Terms and Conditions for Access to the Salón Premier Network
|  | Salón Premier may be enjoyed by passengers who hold current Salón Premier Membership by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM or SkyTeam member airline code or for travel with another airline on routes Aeroméxico does not service. Said passengers are entitled to invite a companion or up to three family members, such as, spouse, children and/or the cardholder's or spouse's parents, with same day travel and flight schedule. | | Passengers who present a pre-authorized Complimentary Salón Premier Pass, by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM code. Said pass is valid only for one entry and applies only to the Salón Premier network in Mexico. Said passengers are entitled to invite a companion or up to three family members, such as, spouse, children, and/or the cardholder's or spouse's parents, with same day travel and flight schedule. | | Passengers who have acquired (purchased) their Single Access Pass at any Salón Premier by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM or SkyTeam member airline code, regardless of whether or NOT the passenger is a Salón Premier member. Valid for one day with access to the Salón Premier network in Mexico. Not entitled to invite a companion. | | Passengers traveling in Clase Premier can access Salón Premier by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM code. Not entitled to invite a companion. | | Passengers traveling with Award Ticket in Clase Premier can access Salón Premier by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM code. Not entitled to invite a companion. | | Passengers who obtained an Upgrade, regardless of how it was obtained, except for Upgrades with Kilómetros Premier by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM code. Not entitled to invite a companion. | | Passengers who purchased an economy class ticket and obtained an Upgrade by Redeeming Kilómetros Premier. No entitled to invite a companion (except for Platinum Club Premier Members). | | Passengers who present a confirmed Clase Premier boarding pass, obtained with a promotion directly at the airline's airport counters. This promotion applies to beach regions. Not entitled to invite a companion. | | Platino Club Premier members, by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM or SkyTeam member airline code or for travel with another airline on routes Aeroméxico does not service. Said passengers are entitled to invite a companion or up to three family members, such as, spouse, children and/or the cardholder's or spouse's parents, with same day travel and flight schedule. | | Passengers who received previous Special Authorization to access Salón Premier from the Managing Director's office, the Marketing Department and the Salón Premier Head Office. | | Direct access by passengers who employed by Aeroméxico and serve as Directors and Sub-directors or employees in some other category who received previous authorization to access Salón Premier from the Managing Director's office, the Marketing Department and/or the Salón Premier Head Office. | | SkyTeam Elite Plus members traveling in Economy Class, Business or First Class on any SkyTeam member airline, by presenting same-day travel boarding pass with AM or SkyTeam member airline code and the SkyTeam Elite Plus membership card. (Restrictions apply in conformity with bilateral SkyTeam policies). | | Passengers who present proof of Current Priority Pass Membership with same-day travel boarding pass, regardless of the airline they are traveling on. | | Passengers who present current The Platinum American Express Aeroméxico Card issued in Mexico, with same-day travel boarding pass. Said passengers are entitled to invite a companion or up to three family members, such as, spouse, children and/or the cardholder's or spouse's parents, with same day travel and same flight schedule. | | Passengers who present current The Platinum American Express Card (own brand), issued in Mexico, with same-day travel boarding pass on flights with AM code. | | | | End of Agreement to Access the Aeroméxico/Mexicana de Aviación Lounge Network
| | The agreement Aeroméxico and Mexicana de Aviación entered into to allow for reciprocal access to their corresponding VIP lounges was terminated on January 16, 2006. Thus, the following terms detail the cases in which access shall NOT be granted to the Salón Premier network. | | Club Premier passengers at a Platinum level who hold a Salón Premier membership card and are traveling on a code share flight sold by Mexicana (four-digit flight) and operated by Aeroméxico. | | Passengers traveling in Business Class on a flight sold by Mexicana and operated by Aeroméxico. | | Passengers traveling in Mexicana's Clase Ejecutiva. | | Mexicana's Infinite and Elite Frecuenta members. | | Distinguished Member Cardholders. |
| | | | About the Salón Premier Card
| | You must be a registered Aeroméxico Club Premier member to obtain a Salón Premier membership card. | | You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Salón Premier Membership, albeit this does not preclude minors under 18 from being the principal cardholder; i.e., minors can hold a Salón Premier Membership provided it is purchased by an adult. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to have access to the Salón Premier lounges. | | Salón Premier Membership provides the right to access the lounge network in Mexico, as well as International Shared Lounges and SkyTeam airport lounges. | | The number of Salón Premier lounges, Internationally Shared Lounges and SkyTeam airport lounges can be changed without prior notice. | | Salón Premier Membership registration is priced at USD 300 plus VAT for first-time registrations and USD 250 plus VAT for each renewal or can be obtained by redeeming 40,000 kilometers from the Club Premier cardholder's account in both cases. | | Salón Premier Membership is NON-refundable, NON-transferable and NON-endorsable. | | Salón Premier Membership renewals shall only be valid when renewed within three months after the expiration date; otherwise the membership shall be considered as a new registration. | | Salón Premier Membership is valid for 12 months, effective on the date on which the card is issued. | | Salón Premier Membership is owned by Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V. (Aeroméxico); thus, the airline reserves the right to revoke said membership without notice in the event of misuse, the Member's misbehavior or incompliance with any of the Terms and Conditions for admittance to Salón Premier. | | Note: Salón Premier Membership fees for Registration and Renewal may change without notice; said fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and payable at prevailing exchanges rates when paid in Mexican pesos. |

| | Salón Premier reserves the right to admittance, denying access to passengers who make others feel uncomfortable due to their appearance, state or behavior. | | Salón Premier complimentary products are to be exclusively used and consumed within the lounges. | | Beverages and food products other than complimentary products offered in the Salón Premier lounges are strictly forbidden. | | Only cigarettes (no pipes or cigars) can be smoked in designated smoking areas within each Salón Premier. | | Passengers shall be responsible for listening to flight announcements and consult the departure monitors, as flight departure times can change without prior notice. We recommend that passengers be at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to the flight's scheduled departure. | | Salón Premier is not liable for passengers who miss their flights. | | Passengers traveling on charter flights are restricted from access to the Salón Premier lounges. | | Salón Premier access to animals is restricted to seeing-eye dogs who must be constantly tied to their owners and remain by their side, as well as animals who have received authorization to travel in the business class cabin, in conformity with current SkyTeam policies. (they must remain in their cages and next to their owners at all times). | | Aeroméxico reserves the right to partially or totally change, amend, or eliminate all or certain of the Terms and Conditions to Access Salón Premier lounges, and closing one or its entire network of Salón Premier lounges with or without prior notice. Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V. shall not be liable for any of the aforementioned events. |

| | Applies for Platinum Club Premier members, Salón Premier memberships and passengers traveling in Clase Premier on AM operated flights or SkyTeam member airlines with AM flight codes, by requesting the invitation at the check-in counters or directly at the lounges.
